Speaker: Oliver Maye
OLIVER MAYE received a Master's degree in mathematics from the Technical University of Berlin in 1996. During an industry position in algorithmic research and software design he worked on advanced image processing algorithms and contributed to award-winning software solutions. Since April 2000 he has been a research scientist at IHP focusing on power efficient context aware applications for mobile devices. Since a decade Mr. MAYE is dedicated to medical applications of wireless sensor networks. His current research focuses on integrating modern sensing techniques with our digital environment to support the treatment of bronchial asthma.
